My GPS for Bungay

Bungay GPS - 2008-05-15

Well, sort of. These are my instructions for getting to Bungay, well, the cut down version anyway.

That last step is slightly ambitious though. I’ve done that part of the route so many times now that I know it just enough to get it right, yet still doubt myself several times and miss the turning on the right.

Oh, and the full version has better spelling, junction numbers, and “Pick up J” written in somewhere around Norwich.

Why write down my route? I’ll be the only person in the car and need to know where I’m going – and I dislike GPS units. It’s not that I don’t trust them to understand one way systems, or even that one once told me to drive off a bridge – it’s mostly because well, if I’m going to get lost, I want it to be *my* fault.

Photographically, this is dull – but I’ve spent all day avoiding packing for tomorrows journey and needed something quick!
