Corrado
This is J’s VW Corrado. I spent most of the day wrestling it into having an oil change – the filter isn’t in the most accessible of places! Still, new oil, filter, dizzy, plugs and leads can’t be a bad thing.
In pressup news – today was my calibration day for week 3. I managed 30 pressups, which on the one hand is good news (that’s a 7 pressup improvement from the start of the program) but on the other hand it does mean I’m in the top set for week 3 – and that looks *hard* – If I can make it through day 1 I’ll be happy.
Oh, and today being the last day of August, that’s 8 months down, 4 months (or 122 days) to go.
good luck for next week! I’m running two days behind due to a four-day holiday last weekend so have my exhaustion test tomorrow morning. I’m not looking forward to my new regime either!
