1of1 – Swan
I’d forgotten about Stu’s Tuesday Challenge until today, so went out at lunchtime to hang around the docks to see what I could find. The idea being to take just one shot, and make it count. Well, here it is. The focusing isn’t as tight as I would like, but it was the only shot I took, so it counts.
I like the urban reflections. A little detail that makes a big difference.
I assume that the water level is quite far below you? otherwise it’s a nice capture, small amount of catchlight, and you only just scraped the top of the highlights by the look of it.
It’s not massively far below me, probably only about a foot or so below what I was standing on. I didn’t crouch down quite as far as I could have, but if I’d gone down any further, I’d have got a load of crap floating in the back of the shot.
The thing which is annoying me though is that the eye isn’t in focus.
