Double Chocolate Muffins

Double Chocolate Muffin

Ingredients:
4 oz Butter
6 oz Golden sugar
2 Eggs, beaten
8 oz Plain Flour
6 floz Milk
4 tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
1 big block of dark chocolate
1 big block of milk chocolate

Method:
Preheat oven to 250C/500F/Gas 9
Cream sugar and butter together
Beat in the eggs
Combine with the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder
Add the milk a little at a time, beating until smooth
Break chocolate into small pieces, and stir into the batter
Divide mixture amongst 12 muffin tins, and bake for 12 minutes
